We will sit down and conduct a wellness assessment. We will talk about your wellness goals and what you want to accomplish during your self-care journey. Fill out the form below so that we can set a time to chat, and to see if we are a good fit for each other.

TREATMENT PLAN
Together, we will design a plan around that assessment that will help you reach your wellness goals. This plan will include monthly objectives and your personalized quote.

EXECUTE
I'll help you stay on track and grow. I suggest committing to 4 - 16 sessions; you will see the best results with a consistent practice.
