About the event
This 90-minute workshop will introduce participants to mindfulness and a progressive body scan as tools to enhance focus, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Through gentle, trauma-informed somatic yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation, participants will explore how tuning into bodily sensations can support nervous system regulation.
