You'll receive expert guidance from Iesha, who is certified in trauma-sensitive practices, nervous system regulation, and mind-body healing. This includes specialized expertise not commonly available in standard yoga studios, emotional support, and custom sessions tailored to your nervous system needs, trauma history, and/or neurotype. Your experience begins with a free 15-minute consultation to explore your intentions and ensure your practice is fully aligned with your wellness needs.
