About the event
Join us for a special family yoga and mindful planting workshop designed for parents and children (ages 5–10). Through gentle yoga, mindfulness, and hands-on plant repotting, families will explore how care, patience, and love help both plants and people grow strong.
Together, you and your child will move, breathe, plant, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. Each family will leave with a repotted plant to nurture at home and a simple “Growth Tracker” to watch their progress throughout the year.
