(8-Week Container)
This is not a class.
This 8-Week Nervous System Support Group is a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming group experience for those seeking consistent nervous system support in a calm, supportive setting.
This group container offers a steady rhythm of gentle practices to help you regulate, reconnect, and build resilience over time. If you’re new to this work, preparing for private sessions, or looking for additional support alongside one-on-one care, this is for you. This space is for you if you feel constantly overstimulated, reactive, or on edge; if you know what you should do to regulate but can’t access it in real life; if traditional self-care hasn’t worked because your body doesn’t feel safe enough to rest
or if you want gentle, consistent support without pressure to “fix” yourself.
