Service Description
$15 per household. This gentle virtual class is designed for individuals with sensitive, overwhelmed, or easily dysregulated nervous systems. Rather than focusing on poses or performance, this practice emphasizes slow, trauma-informed movement, accessible breathwork, and deep rest to support nervous system regulation. This group class is especially supportive for: - Anyone who needs a nervous system reset - Neurodivergent adults - Parents and caregivers - Trauma survivors - Highly sensitive individuals - Anyone feeling burnt out or emotionally overwhelmed All practices are optional, adaptable, and consent-based. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, rest when needed, and participate in a way that feels safest for you. No prior yoga experience is required. Details: - 45-minute live virtual group class - Cameras on or off, your choice - Modifications and rest offered throughout This class may be a helpful entry point if you’re curious about private trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness support. How to join our live-streaming virtual yoga lessons: 1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop for free. 2. Sign up for your virtual class on the "Book Class or Services" tab. 3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins. 4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time. 5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class. 6. Your video camera can be on or off your choice. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and have fun!
