Children’s Yoga & Nervous System Support
A Gentle, Sensory-Aware Approach
Service Description

You may be noticing: -Frequent meltdowns or emotional dysregulation -Sensory overwhelm (noise, touch, transitions, clothing, environments) -Withdrawal, shutdown, or emotional numbing -Difficulty with transitions, routines, or change -A child who feels “on edge” or exhausted by everyday demands These private sessions offer a calm, attuned space where children can feel safe, seen, and supported without the pressure to perform or “fix” anything. This work meets the child where they are, honoring their nervous system, pace, and unique needs. What these sessions feel like for your child: - Safe, predictable, and supportive - Slow, playful, and age-appropriate - Sensory-aware and adaptable - Choice-based and consent-centered Sessions may include gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathing practices, grounding activities, imagination, play, and rest, all offered in a way that feels inviting, not demanding. Some sessions may look active. Others may be quiet, slow, or minimal. All responses are respected.
