When your nervous system is constantly overwhelmed, everyday life can feel exhausting. You may find yourself reacting quickly, shutting down when things feel like too much, or carrying a level of stress that never fully settles, even during rest. These private sessions are created for those moments when you know something needs to change but pushing harder or “doing more” hasn’t helped. This is not about fixing you. It’s about supporting your nervous system so you can feel safer, calmer, and more present in your life. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone. Many clients come to private sessions feeling: - Easily overstimulated or emotionally reactive - Constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or mentally fatigued - Shut down, disconnected, or numb after stress - Burned out from caregiving, parenting, work, or chronic stress - Frustrated that traditional self-care doesn’t seem to help Here, private sessions feel: - Grounded, calm, and unrushed - Safe, consent-based, and supportive - Adaptable to your energy, sensory needs, and capacity - Free from performance, pressure, or expectation Sessions may include gentle yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding practices but the focus is always on how your nervous system responds, not how a pose looks. Some days will feel regulating and spacious. Other days may feel quiet, slow, or emotional. All of it is welcome. These sessions are for: - Neurodivergent children, teens, and adults - Trauma survivors seeking a body-based, non-clinical approach - Overwhelmed parents and caregivers - Highly sensitive nervous systems - Individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, shutdown, or burnout - Those seeking nervous system support alongside therapy or coaching No yoga experience is required. Private sessions are not for those: - Looking for a fast-paced, fitness-based yoga workout - Seeking deep physical intensity or performance-focused instruction - Expecting instant results or “quick fixes” - Wanting therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support (these sessions are supportive, not clinical) If you’re unsure, we can always explore whether this support feels aligned With consistent private sessions, many clients experience: - Less emotional reactivity and overwhelm - Improved ability to notice and respond to stress signals - Reduced shutdown and burnout patterns - Increased sense of safety and self-trust - Practical regulation tools that carry - A calmer, more connected relationship with their body

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to your service, at support@zenaromasllc.com. Participants will be asked to sign a general procedure waiver prior to class.
